Congratulations, you have been hired, BUT cannot start until you turn in this contract! You must turn in this signed contract before you can start. Please read, sign and turn this form in to the library. Check each box after you have read it.

• I agree that my school work is my priority. I will take care of all my responsibilities for classes to stay on iStaff. It is OK if I have to miss iStaff for classwork, but I will let the library know. (can post on iStaff classroom if need to miss your shift)
• I agree that my behavior must be positive in all areas of the school to remain on iStaff.
• I agree that I will follow the procedure for checking in with my teacher before I come to iStaff so my attendance is accurate.
• I agree that I will only use my iStaff pass for the shift I have been hired* (*unless I've been given a pass for a special event).
• I will bring my Chromebook for use during my shift.
• I will wear an iStaff badge during my entire work shift.
• I will follow the guidelines posted in the library and on the iStaff Google classroom.
