Learning community is a fluid concept and the school learning community involves all of those groups and individuals that have a stake in the school and who share the goals of student learning and well being. In this course, you learned why it is so important for school librarians to form relationships and build trust with individuals and groups in the learning community, including students, parents, teachers, and administration.
